运输协议

运输条款
1. 当贵方在本运单上签署,并完成交接工作后(贵方自行指定签署代表),本运单即刻生效。
2. 贵方必须填写清楚收件人的详细地址、联络人、联络电话及物品描述,否则,因此而产生的后果及额外费用由贵方负责。如运单及发票上的名称与货物不符,及物品实际重量与填写重量不符,因此而发生的罚款及所有责任由贵方负责。
3. 贵方必须提供与通关相关的各类文件,如:商业发票〈INVOICE〉和装箱清单〈PACKINGLIST〉一式三份等等。
4. 本公司一律不受理国家法律,法规和条文禁止贸易的物品。如:枪支和毒品等国家禁运品,如有发现一律移交司法机关处理;且不可在托运物品中夹带现金,危险品等限运品。
5. 本公司对本运单的运输期限不做任何明示或暗示之担保。在运送或中转过程中,如果因天灾、战争等不可抗力因素,引起的物品丢失、损坏、短缺等情况,本公司不负责任何赔偿。且易碎品由贵方自行负责妥善包装好,否则如有损坏,本公司不负任何责任。当贵方自行指定中转商时,在中转商运作中发生丢失、损坏、短缺等情况,由贵方或委托本公司向中转商索赔,以中转商赔偿为准。
6. 赔偿条例:贵方所托运物品自行办理或委托本公司代办有关保险手续,如有遗失均按保险公司赔偿为准;否则最高赔偿文件每单为:贰拾 美元,货物以三倍的运费赔偿,但最高赔偿金额为:壹佰 美元。
7. 本运单所收的运费不含收件人当地海关收取的关税,当收件人拒付时,由贵方支付此费用,同时因此而发生的其它费用亦由贵方自行负责。
8. 如物品有坏损,发件方或收件方要在物品签收后三天内向本公司提出书面索赔。如在此期限内未以书面形式提出索赔,则视为发件方或收件方自动放弃索赔权。

Customer Information
1. This express waybill is exclusively used by ZCE International Transportation Co.,Ltd. To be made out by the sender or by this company as entrusted by the sender and only signed and sealed by both the sender and this company, forming the prima facie evidence of the express transportation agreement.
2. The sender must make out the express waybill accurately,and shall bear the responsibility of compensation in case of damage, as incurred by the inaccuracy of the contents made out in the waybill to this company,the carrier or other persons responsible to them.
3. In dispatching all international express,the sender shall also provide such relevant documents necessary for customs clearance as commercial invoices,quality description, Packing list and so on.
4. This company shall not accept for transportation any article which is prohibited from transportation by the laws,regulations and stipulations of the state.
5. This company undertakes the responsibility of safe transportation of the express from the express from the time it is accepted for transportation to the time it is delivered. During this period,this company shall be liable for any loss, shortage,deterioration, pollution of or damage to the express,However,this company shall not be liable for damages caused by:
a. force majeure;
b. deterioration, decrease in quantity,damage or destruction caused by the inherent quality of the express;
c. defective packing or poor quality of container impossible to be discovered from out side appearance;
d. shortage of and damage to the contents of the express,which is complete in packing and has no irregularity in seating.
6. The amount of liability is in all circumstances limited to the amount stated. The maximum amount of liability is USD 100 Per waybill. Customers are therefore advised to seek their own insurance.
7. If it is impossible to deliver the express on time due to reasons on the part of the sender or the receiver, the sender and receiver shall take responsibility themselves,If it is impossible to deliver the express and such express has to be returned, this company may colect corresponding freight, service charges and storage charges for such return transportation from the sender or the receiver.
8. The time limit for filing a claim shall be within 3 days after the receiver signed for the express. In case the sender or receiver fails to file the claim for compensation within the time limit,they shall be deemde as automatically renouncing the right to the claim for compensation.
